Motorcycle Defect Injury Lawsuit Information
Victims of accidents and injuries caused by a motorcycle defect could file a motorcycle accident lawsuit against the vehicle manufacturer and others. Under product liability laws, manufacturers have a responsibility to produce and market safe products. A breach of that responsibility is grounds for a product liability lawsuit, and victims and/or their families could receive money to compensate for medical expenses, lost wages, loss of earning capacity, pain and suffering and others. Motorcycle accident and injury attorneys at Pritzker Olsen law firm have helped motorcyclists injured in accidents receive millions of dollars in damages.
