Magnetic Toy Intestinal Injury Hazard Prompts Recall

Yet another recall has been issued involving hazardous magnetic toys. Child safety attorney Elliot Olsen knows all too well the dangers posed by small magnetic toys that children can not only choke on, but that can cause serious intestinal injuries to children if swallowed. He currently represents children injured by Magnetix toys. If swallowed, these tiny magnets can stick together inside a child’s intestinal tract and tear the child’s intestines, causing serious injury.
