Burn Injuries Prompt Grill Recall
Several burn injury reports have prompted the recall of 4,600 Kuuma Stow and Go grills, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The hazardous grill recall was issued by Eastwind Industries, Inc., of San Leandro, California because the grills can develop a propane tank leak. This can happen if the fuel container isn’t completely threaded on the regulator during installation.
Lowe’s Gas Grill Recall due to Rubber Hose Burn Hazard
A Lowe’s grill recall affects about 10,000 five-burner “Master Forge” stainless steel gas grills manufactured by Sagittarius Sporting Goods, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
There have been two reports of the gas tank’s rubber hose melting and rupturing.
