Huntington Beef E. coli Recall Expanded
A Huntington Meat Packing Co. recall has been expanded since the initial January recall of over 800,000 pounds of potentially E. coli-contaminated beef.
The Montebello, Calif. establishment expanded the recall to include 4.9 million additional pounds of beef and veal products, according to the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
